We hire on a rolling cycle from August to the end of March. We host internships during the Winter (January - April), Summer (May - September), and Fall (September - December), and we hire new grads throughout the year. Our recruiting process takes 4-6 weeks. Our internships typically run for 12 weeks, while our co-ops run for 16 weeks.
We’re looking for passionate people willing to take on big challenges. We're also looking for candidates who have clearly demonstrated their skill sets through classes, clubs, prior internships, or other activities. Who is eligible for Robinhood's Internship Program?
Current students pursuing Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees, as well as bootcamp certifications.
